DEEP CREEK RESIDENCE
This project is a careful play between lofting interior volumes and the single story roofline datum; a roof rising tall amongst the trees while the ground stays in constant contact with the land.
Sited between the Appalachian Mountains and Deep Creek Lake. this simple home sits low within a forest. It is designed for a full-time owner and visiting family. A second floor hosting bedrooms is concealed underneath the tall roof and makes this 5 bedroom house extremely efficient.
